Biography

John has worked for a number of years as a Job Search Advisor for many years . Training in Essex st Colchester Institute he found work initially with Pelcombe training as a Job Search Tutor covering as far afield as Great Yarmouth to Cambridge running cources for the New Deal 18-25 age group along side a colleague every 2 weeks. he was involved in the designing of the cources as well as negotiations with employers

Aften a year or so he was offered the position of Marketing Executive and Job Search Facilitator for Pelcombe Training Scunthorpe .Here he worked with the New Dal 25+ age group

In both areas he was involved in dealing with the creation of CV's and Cover letters and supporting people as they applied for positions on line . This included motivating people to look for work

John's enthusiasm and motivation

John has always believed in leading by example in respect of looking forwork.The Scooter story that exists on here shows this. John has undertaken interviews on BBC Radio 5 live as well as on YYTV , BBC Look North, and BBC's Radio Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire

Following Grapevine 2008 where he read nevertheless by John Kirkby he started the setting up of CJSS

	My first major experience started here in the beginning of a challenging year. Having found myself out of work I decided that i would do something about it
	After my marketing experience I went on to work for Pelcombe Training. I supported 18-24year old jobseekers to find new work.
	A few years ago I found myself out of work again and once again marketing was the clear direction to go forward. The more no's you get from putting your message out the quicker you get the all important yes. so be patient. Talking to local people and looking at the local media it is tough out there but there is support and that is what this site is all about
